Hi everyone,

I’m Chloé Goncalves, a young parisian of 24 years old.

I have a Double Master Degree in Digital Marketing and International Business and 3 years of professional experiences in the IT and Retail Industry. I am currently working as a WebMarketing Junior at Coca-Cola Enterprise in Paris and looking for new international opportunities from November 2016.

I’m a digital woman really interested in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Marketing and New Technologies. You’ll find on this site a little piece of my background and experiences.

WEBMARKETING ASSISTANT

Coke Services is an E-Commerce website created by Coca-Cola Enterprise that allows retailers to order their drinks faster and easier. As part of the Digital Marketing department, I’m in charge of managing this E-Commerce platform (back end and front end), and developing the sales revenues throughout various digital activities:

- Updating the website with new promotions, products, articles and layout through the Sales Force platform (Html5 coding, CSS & Javascript)
- Closely collaborate with the European project teams, the Legal and Field Sales department, the Shopper Marketing team and the external Communication of Coca-Cola France to provide operational and strategical marketing campaigns.
- Use Photoshop to create marketing content such as banners and product images.
- Collaborate with external agencies to integrate and create new content for the site. (Video training, Online features)
- Develop functional improvements to optimize the user experience using Ux Design, information architecture, agile web development processes. (Tools: Version One and SalesForce)
- Manage the customer support by providing IT solutions to our clients.
- Create weekly reports to analyze the sales and follow up of the KPI’s performance.

As a co-founder and marketing manager my responsabilities are :

- Manage the social media strategy by creating content and animating the social networks accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin)
- Create Kiss Kiss Bank Bank campaign to rase funds

- Create communication assets to increase Weecame's visibility
- Seek out medias in order to get articles and blogs
- Create partnerships with other startups ( affiliation campaigns etc )
- Deal with the agency for the app development
- Organize events and parties to promote Weecame's concept

DIGITAL MARKETING JUNIOR FOR MIDDLEWARE & MOBILE PORTFOLIO

I was working on the Software Group for the Middleware offers (WebSphere/AIM brand) and then on the Mobile & Social Business solutions. Those solutions are focusing on connectivity, API Management, Internet of Things, BPM, Social Business, Digital Experience and Mobility. My main responsabilities were :

- Head the community management of the brand by implementing editorial content for the Twitter, Youtube, SlideShare and Pinterest accounts.
- Organize the digital strategy for internal & external IBM events.
- Collaborate with external agencies to implement the digital and social media strategy of the products, such as Google Adwords and Native Advertising campaign.
- Provide weekly updates on each campaign’s ROI and ensure prospects get follow-up.
- Give monthly social media training for IBM sales and employees (30-200 attendees). Help IBMers become subject matter experts. - Pilot the IBM Partner zone on the site Zdnet. Sample tasks include managing the assets and the editorial board, hosting monthly meeting with all the participating brand managers.
- Regulate the website management by updating the current web pages, analyzing traffic and making recommendations.
- Implement Agile Methodologie (Scrum) on marketing project in order to better manage the « digital organic » strategy for social Business (website, social networks, listening)
- Redefine the Social Media presence of the Social Business offer
- Roland Garros 2015 : organize the customer days at the IBM Village including technological tour.

Summer internship in the IBM MobileFirst Lab NY

- Contribute to digital MobileFirst projects that leverage scrum agile methodologies. Sample results include: Developing overall event strategy, less focus on announcements but more on business opportunities. Updating all the MobileFirst social channels datagrams and about sections.
- Provide social media and communication support on Apple & IBM partnership announcement by creating tweets, sharing approved assets and messaging, making sure that the guidelines were followed.
- Work on the improvements and globalization of the MobileFirst website. Found by doing a cadences categorization to simplify and speed updates.
- Earned the best practices of the lab and plan to incorporate at least 2 practices for IBM France to drive more engagement and visits.
- Create marketing assets (eg: client stories via PowerPoint slides) to drive market demand for IBM Technology.
- Set in motion and help the creation of a MobileFirst wikipedia page.
